This section shall contain information concerning current shareholder structure of a company. Such information shall be presented in graphical (circle graph, so-called ‘pie chart’) or tabular form. It is usually sufficient to indicate the voting stake of particular shareholder but in case of companies that had issued voting preferred stocks, it is recommended to indicate both voting and equity stake.

This section shall also contain information concerning share capital broken down by particular share issues with consideration of number, type and nominal value of shares.
